Looking for a fun and exciting way to help out in the community while receiving your required SSL hours?
DC Party Box, in partnership with WILLCO, is putting on Drive Through Trick-or-Treating and Drive-In Movie Nights throughout the month of October. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the National Initiative for Cockayne Syndrome (NICS).
Volunteers will help with set-up and break-down of the events, deliver bagged food items, pick up debris/trash after events and assist management with other general needs.
The events are socially distanced, and all attendees must stay in the vehicles. No more than 50 vehicles per movie.
Volunteers will be required to wear a mask at all times on site, and we will follow six-foot social distancing.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
