Volunteers of all ages are welcome; those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. SSL hours provided. Students, please bring your own SSL forms.

Wear warm clothing (it might get chilly) and comfortable shoes (that could get dirty). We will be cleaning along the main stem of the Paint Branch Trail heading to the creek.

Volunteer: MLK Day - Breakfast Baking and Dog Toy Making

This MLK Day, in the spirit of Dr. King, Emmanuel Lutheran Church youth and adults will serve by--

- baking egg breakfasts to feed 200 homeless men, for Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, and

- making dogs more adoptable, by creating dog toys and blankets for Montgomery County Animal Services.


Please join in, from 10 am - noon on Jan 19, at 7730 Bradley Blvd, Bethesda, to do a bit of good and bring hope to our neighbors.


SSL hours are available. There will be snacks on hand to keep ou3 strength up. Come join us!
