Who We Are
RSC is governmental agency designed to be responsive to local community needs. Bringing county government to the local level, citizens have direct access for assistance and answers.
What Volunteers Do
The BCC Regional Services Center (RSC) links the community to county government. The director works on issues of local concern such as traffic, airplane noise, improving the arts district and reports to the County Executive.
