Our mission is to provide an affordable program that positively impacts the physical, social and mental outcomes of girls from every economic background.

Positive Outcome Mentoring (P.O.M.) provides SSL hours when girls become a Leader in Training (LIT) with our Dance & Cheer Camp and much more!

- Assist with the facilitation of the P.O.M. curriculum

- With Coach Leads consent you may lead a lesson

- Encourage and motivate all participants

- Serve as a positive role model for program participants
