The Miracle League of Montgomery County was formed by the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda to give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to play baseball as a team member in an organized league.
Miracle League gives individuals with disabilities the ability to participate in the sport of baseball through modification and adaptive supports. We host two seasons spring and fall and hold weekly games for individuals offering volunteer and buddy services to all.
Volunteers will work with individuals assisting them with running, walking, batting, catching, throwing and/or any other type of baseball moves. They will become a teammate to the individual providing social and athletic interactions.
