Our primary mission is to provide emergency medical services to and educate our community, promote public safety and foster community relations. Many of our volunteers also opt to suppress fires.
Emergency Medical Services, and Fire Suppression (optional). You can serve your community as an EMT, Paramedic, and/or Firefighter.
Community Outreach Events & Programs" Provide CPR and First Aid Education, Open House, July 4th Celebration, Santa's Ride Through Poolesville, just to name a few
General Administration: We also need help managing our computer networks, website, social media, product research, purchasing, vehicle and building maintenance, facility design, general cleaning, cooking, selling, if you can think of it, we probably have a volunteer doing it.
Fundraising: Definitely no door-to-door. Planning and working during events like Open House, BBQ sales, bake sales, community breakfasts and dinners, letter writing, BINGO and many more.
