Who We Are
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Hawaiian cultural school located in Silver Spring, MD. Our goal is to enrich and make a positive impact on our communities by sharing the spirit of aloha.
What Volunteers Do
Our kuleana is to cultivate, protect, and perpetuate the cultural practices, knowledge, and traditions of nā kūpuna through the teachings of hula, language, chant, protocols, music, and history for those who have a desire to learn from the heart, nurture Hawaiian practices with integrity, and live a life of Hawaiian core values; and to unite people, organizations, and resources to build a stronger Hawai`i community in the National Capital region.
