American Minority Veterans Research Project

AMVRP exists to provide research data and referral service to military veterans and their families long and short-term residential housing benefits and referrals to veterans in need in/of the Washington Metropolitan area. Our programs also include special and occasional seminars and workshops, tutoring, mentoring, before and after care support programs for veterans and Community based Behavioral Specialization targeting the emotional and mental exploitation of veterans and their families especially in underserved & minority ethnicities.

American Minority Veterans Research Pilot Project’s student interns and volunteers seek to work closely with various veterans organizations, the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights to seek additional community wide support. American Minority Veterans Research Projects offers the opportunity for you to become a vital part in the research efforts of assuring the just recognition of our American Minority Veterans in the United States of America, in so far as many AMV are and should be recipients of the receipt of their awards and decoration.
