Buddha's Light International Association, Washington DC

The Buddha's Light International Association (BLIA) Washington, DC Chapter was founded in 2004 to promote the Fo Guang Shan Monastery's concept of Humanistic Buddhism. The BLIA DC Chapter is located in Gaithersburg (328 Main Street, 2nd Floor).

BLIA DC will be hosting summer day camps to serve children and youth in the community, and hopes to recruit MCPS student volunteers to plan and implement summer camp activities (e.g., lead activities like team building and arts and crafts).
