Who We Are

We are an indigenous, women-led nonprofit research and social justice institute boldly committed to advancing equity, accountability, and systemic transformation. Rooted in the lived experiences of those most impacted, we advocate for individuals marginalized by the social and economic consequences of the injustice system. Through education, advocacy, mediation, and sustainable solutions, we work to dismantle barriers and build pathways to healing and empowerment. We center the leadership of women, returning citizens, and low-income communities, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support to reclaim their voices, engage civically, and drive meaningful policy change. Understanding that true transformation requires cultivating the next generation of changemakers, we proudly mentor law students and emerging leaders, preparing them to carry forward a vision of justice that is bold, inclusive, and lasting.

What Volunteers Do
