Who We Are
Founded in 2017, Friends of White Oak is a nonprofit that is committed to community engagement, economic development, and advocacy that supports the ongoing development of a safe, diverse, vibrant, and sustainable greater White Oak community situated in the eastern region of Montgomery County, Maryland.
What Volunteers Do
We often seek student volunteers to help us staff various community-focused events throughout the year. Responsibilities may include registration, support with communications, set-up and take down of event gear/food, and other support services.
