Who We Are
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that advocate for the mentally disabled for better health care, genetic testing, better housing, education and programs for people suffering from mental disorder and behavior disabilities. One in five people suffer from some form of mental disorder. They could be family members or friends. We want to make sure that they get proper testing that can determine the right treatment for their condition. Proper treatment means that they can be mentally stable enough to function properly in the community and live a fulfilling life. We used to be Ogazi Peace Foundation. Our name and mission changed because of the need for support of those dealing with mental disorder in our immediate communities and state.
What Volunteers Do
Mental health; Fundraising, administrative work, social media promotion, and program administration.
