Assist with organizing camp activities such as games, crafts, sports, nature exploration, and more. Ensuring campers’ safety and well-being at all times, including handling minor injuries or emergencies. Acting as a positive role model by demonstrating teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm. Helping campers build social skills, confidence, and independence through group activities and one-on-one support. Maintaining order, resolving conflicts, and encouraging a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Communicating effectively with campers, fellow staff, and camp leadership to create a memorable and enriching camp experience. Clean up.
