Emergency Relief and Development

Emergency Relief & Development (ERD) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving vulnerable communities with compassion, dignity, and excellence. We provide essential support in times of crisis through our emergency response programs, while also addressing long-term needs in areas such as shelter, nutrition, health, hygiene, and livelihood awareness. https://www.erdusa.org/about

ERD provides community assistance to vulnerable individuals living in the DMV area, including food distribution, clothing support, utility bill payments, and gift card distribution. To carry out these activities, we rely on volunteers to help with preparing packages, distributing assistance, and supporting report writing for our donors.
