Art Deco Society of Washington Inc.

The Art Deco Society fosters awareness, preservation and appreciation of the Art Deco period in the Washington, DC area. We help to preserve historic art and architecture in the DMV. We hold monthly in-person and online educational programs such as walking tours, and seminars about famous art and artists of the era. Our website is at www.adsw.org

Take photographs of Art Deco era (1920s and 1930s) buildings and art in the MD & DC area in order to build out our website; assist in building out our website; assist at cultural events, for example, in ticket taking; setting up for the event; cleaning up after the event. Help with our Fashion Club and Film Club events which are held at the Silver Theater in Silver Spring. Help with our historic preservation work.
