Who We Are

Assisting in organizing and managing community events such as health & wellness activities, cultural programs, and educational workshops Supporting children’s learning programs (e.g., tutoring, language classes, robotics mentorship, and youth engagement initiatives) Helping coordinate fitness and outdoor community events (walking, hiking, running, and biking programs) Engaging with senior community members through companionship, activity support, and event assistance Contributing to event logistics such as setup, registration, coordination, and clean-up Assisting with communication, outreach, and social media efforts Taking on leadership roles such as leading small groups, mentoring younger participants, and helping plan initiatives Through these experiences, volunteers gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, event planning, and community service while making a meaningful impact.

What Volunteers Do

Volunteers at Helping Hands Horizon (HHH) actively support community-focused programs that promote education, wellness, cultural learning, and intergenerational connection. Middle and high school volunteers have the opportunity to both serve and develop leadership skills through hands-on involvement.
