The Activities & Volunteer Department's Volunteers assist residents everyday: visiting with them one-on-one, reading to them, encouraging them to participate in favorite Activities, listening to music with them. Volunteers also help residents organize their apartments and clothing, hold their hands, give them a shoulder to lean on. Volunteers also help the Team Members plan and implement group programming.
