Who We Are
To empower communities through education, access, and use of information technology and to provide services and tools that enhance individual and community development and empowerment.
We provide fundamental technology training such as classes for individuals with little or no computer skills, and for those who wish to build on the knowledge they already have. We also offer Workforce Development skills training for people desiring to pursue careers and/or businesses in technology dependent fields, e.g. CompTIA A+, Website design and development, Digital Marketing, Podcasting, Cyber Security to name a few.
What Volunteers Do
We seek volunteers to assist with training either as instructors or assistant instructors. We need volunteers to assist with administrative work, outreach, fundraising, equipment refurbishing and maintenance, donation solicitations and pickup, inventory. We nee volunteers with grant writing experience/skills; from time to time we need new board members and individuals to help evaluate our strategies and programs.
