GapBuster Learning Center, Inc. is a multicultural educational program dedicated to promoting higher levels of achievement and closing the performance gap of Montgomery County students by enriching and supplementing the learning experience.

GapBuster, Inc. is committed to raising the academic standard and promoting higher levels of achievement for socio-economic disadvantaged students. Through supplemental education, enrichment programs, and leadership development training, GapBuster develops well-rounded individuals positioned to excel in academic, social, and professional environments. GapBuster, Inc. provides programming for students in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties in the forms of after-school tutoring, leadership development, a junior chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers, League of United Latin American Citizen councils, college preparation and drop-out prevention programs. Our motto is "Educate, Elevate and Empower," to inspire youth to be future leaders through the power of education and STEM training. 

We are looking for tutors and mentors to virtually connect with youth during this trying time for our communities. We want to do everything we can to engage youth in positive outreach and activities to keep them mentally prepared for the coming school year and keep them socially connected.
