Islamic Society Of Washington Area (ISWA)

ISWA serves the spiritual, religious and communal needs of area Muslims by means of nurturing their faith, upholding their values, and fostering the well-being of the community around us through worship, charity, outreach, and civic engagement.

<> Participate in various informational activities, and projects that support healthcare, education, youth, seniors, disable, staying fit, mediation, food distribution throughout the community for all the general public by:

• Setting up workshop, presentations, booths, and seminars,
• Distributing brochures, pamphlets and flyers to support and market events,

<>  Assist in the upkeeping with the landscaping, grounds and environment,

<>  Maintain, manage and assist in organizing the food pantry and distribution,  

<>  Harvest fresh vegetable and produces for pick up (seasonal), and more to come....
