Madison House Autism Foundation addresses the needs of adults with autism by providing practical solutions, hope, and guidance for individuals affected by autism, as well as their families. We strive to create awareness of the challenges adults and their families face by involving ourselves in our surrounding community and making space for these individuals. Our focus is on finding, developing, and promoting the solutions that allow adults with autism to live as independently as possible, find and hold jobs, become involved in their communities, and become participating members of our society.
We love our volunteers! Their service expands the impact we have in the community well beyond what we can achieve alone. Madison Fields, a project of the Madison House Autism Foundation, is a 400+ acre farm located in Dickerson in the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve. Madison Fields provides a multitude of opportunities for children and adults of all abilities, including military veterans, to learn, grow, and heal in an absolutely breathtaking environment. One of the most utilized programs at Madison Fields is the Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies Program: open to adults and children of all abilities, as well as our nation’s veterans.
