

Who We Are
We: - Educate about the environmental, economic and recreational benefits of local farmland. - Support local farms to strengthen our rural economy. - Celebrate the beauty and abundance of the Ag Reserve. - Conserve the economic value and rural landscape of the Ag Reserve for current and future generations of the region. - Advocate for land use and transportation policies that enhance agriculture and land preservation.
What Volunteers Do
We solicit volunteer assistance either on an ongoing basis but more often for annual events.
Adult Volunteer Opportunities:
- Website content creation
- other administration (grant writing, researching, graphic design, etc)
- Tree planting aftercare
Student/Family opportunities:
- event support our at Ride for the Reserve bike tour (usually late September each year) this entails setting up the picnic, greeting riders, check in and site prep/clean up
- Photo essays for our website
- tree planting aftercare (best for school/scout other groups)
