Rebuilding Together Montgomery County is an affiliate of the national volunteer organization, Rebuilding Together, Inc. Since its inception in 1990, Rebuilding Together has addressed a variety of repair needs ranging from code violations, safety, health and security concerns as well as preventative maintenance, that if left unmet would lead to more costly repairs in the future. Individuals and families that are accepted into the program receive, at no cost, all the materials and supplies necessary to complete the repairs to maintain the integrity of the existing homes and neighborhoods. Rebuilding Together Montgomery County is dedicated to helping low income homeowners, particularly the elderly, disabled, veterans and families with young children, with home repairs and maintenance. Our goal is to keep people living in warmth, safety, and independence, while helping to build better communities in Montgomery County.
