Most of our volunteer programs are project specific or for an event, so volunteer work changes depending on the program. For example, during the Thanksgiving Parade we have volunteers dress up in costumes and be in the parade, help with set-up, and break down. During a public art program, it might be helping others or doing elements of the art project yourself.  During the summer at the games cart, it is checking out board games, interacting with the public, or helping with a craft.

We are located at the Silver Spring Civic Building and are a part of Montgomery County Government.
