Silver Spring Village, Inc.

Silver Spring Village helps seniors in zip codes 20910, 20901 and 20815 east of Rock Creek Park live extraordinary lives. We mobilize volunteers to help their aging neighbors remain in their homes and active in their communities.

Silver Spring Village is part of a national movement of "senior villages" built around the belief that everyone benefits when neighbors help one another. 

Volunteers (many of whom are also members of the Village) are the lifeblood of our organization. They provide direct services to members, including transportation, assistance with household chores, and personal contact.  Volunteers also plan and implement programs and interest group activities, as well as carry out administrative work.
