Upcounty Community Resources, Inc. (UCR)

Upcounty Community Resources, Inc. (501c3) is a private, non-profit organization that believes we are enriched by all persons in our community. We promote the full inclusion of persons with developmental and intellectual differences into every aspect of community life.

UCR is proud to offer a variety of services and social opportunities for the disabled and oftentimes forgotten residents of Montgomery County, Maryland. Our classes vary in price, some being free while our therapeutic courses do have a fee. We offer therapeutic art and music, a men's group, a rock band, walking club and hundreds take part in our fitness and social events. We attend community theatre, restaurant outings, Nat's games and our annual Walk & Roll-a-thon!
