Washington Baltimore Center For Psychoanalysis

The Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis (WBCP) trains mental health and other professionals in the theory and practice of psychoanalysis, offering courses, lectures, information services, and research opportunities. WBCP provides affordable psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and advances the study and practice of psychoanalysis with support through outreach and continuing education; establishes and maintains standards for the practice of psychoanalysis; fosters the integration of psychoanalysis with the mental health professions, branches of medicine, and academia; and encourages basic and applied research that enhances scientific understanding and human welfare.
