Crossover Elite, Inc

Crossover Elite Basketball, Inc. is a family-run sports organization focused on individual growth and development using sports as a vehicle. As our experienced staff works on enhancing player’s skills, the organization as a whole evokes team comradery, unity, and leadership. We first began our journey in 2013, but most recently re-lauched our vision in 2016. We started with a main focus on basketball, but have since added multimedia production and dance to our programs. Since then, our organization has grown from 17 families to over 70 in less than a full year. Our main goal is to prepare our youth, our future, for real life experiences, teach them how to be successful individuals now, which will carry over into adulthood. Our motto at Crossover Elite is "Basketball doesn't build character, it reveals one..." We apply this belief to everything we actively engage in. We have watched children who were one shy and in a shell develop into leaders both in the sport environment, and in school settings.

We develop youth both in and outside of sport environments; preparing them to be successful students, citizens in the community, and mentors for their peers. We encourage youth grades 1-8 to actively engage in the community, learn leadership skills, as well as what it takes to be successful in a team dynamic. We do so by using sports as a vehicle to enhance these skills and development. We start locally with practices, skill building workshops, camps, and team-building activities. We also host community events such as heart healthy workshops and CPR classes. We support other community activities and nonprofit organizations, so that we can show unity and support our participants in the process. We gain the support and foundation from other businesses in our local communities.
