Who We Are

Washington Hebrew Congregation is a Reform Jewish synagogue with nearly 2,000 family units and over 600 children and teens. We provide a variety of opportunities for our students to participate in service learning opportunities both internally (we run our own service events) and externally (volunteering with local, regional and national organizations).

What Volunteers Do

Washington Hebrew Congregation provides opportunities for our members to get involved in the community in a variety of ways. We provide volunteer opportunities through us but helping the wider community - by feeding the homeless, volunteering with other non profits and much more.
