Randolph Civic Association

The Randolph Civic Association is the local community association for residents of the following communities: Randolph Hills, Randolph Farms, Montrose Park, Westminster, Hilltop Square and Franklin Park.

The RCA hosts a variety of community activities such as neighborhood meetings, local road/stream cleanups, candidate forums, Community Day, and MusicFest, as well as publishing a newsletter delivered to every household. We focus on updating residents about Montgomery County information, current events, and legislative and regulatory changes.

Student and adult volunteers are needed to setup and staff activities, including activities such as picking up trash; setting up tables, chairs, and tents for neighborhood events; creating promotional materials; serving on the board; writing and editing for the newsletter; and attending community meetings to represent the RCA.
