Northwest Ice Hockey, INC

We believe that the promotion and development of ice hockey at the high school level promotes teamwork and leadership skills for students to better prepare them for college and beyond. We are a 501c3 administered by parents, certified coaches and patrons who provide this opportunity to Northwest High School students currently not offered through MCPS or MPSSAA.

Northwest Ice Hockey provides an ice hockey program for high school students at Northwest to compete at the county and state levels with other high school ice hockey teams.  Student volunteers provide players with hydration with filling water bottles used in games as well as assisting players and coaches with equipment management.  Student volunteers also assist with special events such as hanging banners for Senior Night recognition and playoff games.
