Muslim Community Center (MCC)

The Muslim Community Center (MCC) is a volunteer-managed, non-profit, church-exempt organization in Silver Spring Maryland. It serves thousands of families in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. area and strives to promote friendly relations and understanding between the Muslim community and the general public. It has a food-pantry and medical clinic that are free and open to people of all faiths.

Student volunteers will help support community facing programs hosted by the center. This will include participant registration, event set up, sorting and distributing groceries for food-pantry distribution, and sorting and distributing clothing/donations for distribution.
