Our goal is to fill the gap of homelessness in the county and surrounding communities, such as Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. The mission is to help individuals improve and maintain healthy, independent lifestyles — ultimately improving their quality of life.
Our services include transitional/permanent housing, case management, and access to referral service resources that ensure a comprehensive approach to meeting our client’s needs. We also run and operate Foncham Distribution Center, in partnership with Good360, where new, donated goods and products from national and local retailers are re-distributed to our non-profit partners.
Foncham Distribution Center is not currently accepting volunteers as we are determining the best ways to operate that will keep all safe during COVID-19. When the Center is open volunteers, including middle school and high school students, help unpack, organize, and sort our donated merchandise to be displayed for our partners. Volunteers may also test appliances and bicycles.
