Celebrate National Breastfeeding Month with Babies Born Healthy at our BLOCK Party Black Breastfeeding Week event. This "block party" inspired event aims to educate and empower families through community connections, live demonstrations, and peer - focused discussions.
We need volunteers to assist with the following at a busy local park:
- setup
- breakdown
- crowd/ parking management
- playground monitor
Volunteers can arrive as early as 3:00pm. Event to conclude by 7:30 pm.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
