MLK day of Service - 8th Mega Sandwich and Non Perishable Food Drive
As we look forward to honor MLK, let us partake in the noble service of giving back to the community. To mark the 8th year of our MLK day of service. DC Metro Sai Samsthan has organizing 8th Mega Sandwich and Non Perishable Food Drive.
All the proceeds from the drive will go the following organizations:
Sheppard's Table, Manna Food Center, Frederick Rescue Mission.
We have two sessions.
Date: 18 Jan 2020 Saturday
First Session: 1 PM to 3 PM
Second Session: 3 PM to 5 PM
Instructions to Students:
SSL Hours: Middle School and High School Students can participate in "Making sandwiches, sorting non perishable food items". SSL Hours will be given. Please register on your name for one session. Please bring your SSL form.
Instructions to Parents:
Your are most welcome to donate bread loafs and non-perishable food. But not mandatory.
