Come to Emmanuel Lutheran Church on Martin Luther King Jr Day! Together, we'll remember Dr. King by carrying out 3 service projects: (1) We'll make breakfasts for the MoCo Coalition for the Homeless, to feed 180 men at their shelter. (2) We'll assemble dozens of toys for dogs at the Humane Society, to help calm the dogs - which helps them find homes faster. (3) We'll wash stuffed animals for first responders, helping them to soothe children during emergencies.
Emmanuel will contribute lovingly used stuffed animals for our third project - but we'll also collect them on MLK Day. If you have some, please bring them along!
