Help the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection get ready for our annual holiday campaign by stuffing informational flyers into reusable bags we will give away.
We will be putting 1 flyer in 1 bag and returning bags to boxes to pack for delivery. DEP staff will be supervising at our offices in Wheaton, so SSL hours are available. Any volunteers under 13 would have to be accompanied by an adult.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
