Want to gain event experience while earning SSL hours? Join us as a volunteer at AYM’s Season Showcase on Saturday, November 9th at the AFI Silver Theatre. This celebration features screenings of our students' films, a student-led Q&A, and photography displays in the lobby.
Event Details:
- Location: AFI Theatre, Silver Spring, MD
- Arrival Time: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM (4 hours)
Volunteer Roles:
- Check-In & Registration
- Ushers & Audience Assistance
- Setup & Breakdown Crew
- Videography Assistance (for those with advanced skills)
Volunteer Benefits:
- SSL hours, free event access, and hands-on experience.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
