Please join us as we finish preparing the soil for spring planting. We also hope to have some native seeds like violets and virginia strawberries that need to be cold stratified so would love help sowing them too.
We’ll meet at the new food forest site, which is next to the footbridge that crosses the metro line (address below).
When: December 15th, 10am-2pm (in case of very poor weather we will postpone to the same time on 12/21)
Where: Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, 7676 Fenton St, Silver Spring, MD 20910
Please do bring your own water, gloves and any planting tools you might have if you can.
