Come help make a difference in our community by working on local service projects!

SSL Hours: Earn 2 SSL hours.
Time: 8:50-11:00 AM
We will be preparing over 2000 goody bags to support our local teachers, first responders, homeless community, and the elderly. Our projects will be filling over 5,000 Easter eggs for goody bags, preparing lunch for the men's homeless shelter, assembling bags for Germantown Help and other assorted service projects. We will collectively serve to make the world and our community a better place.
Check in between 8:50am-9:05am, We will meet briefly with instructions and Why We Serve Our Community-starting at 9:05am in our auditorium. 9:00am-11:00am is the actual event, clean-up up will be from 10:45-11:00am, wrapping up with our pizza party at 11:00 am. Students are to be picked up by 11:30am at the latest.
This is a popular event so sign up early. Journey's Crossing mission is to make a positive difference in our world as we serve our community.
We will be offering 2 SSL hours for each student. Thank you for serving!
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
