Database Support Lobby Support Set-up & Organization Distribution
For some roles, especially those involving client communication, Spanish-speaking volunteers are greatly appreciated.
Database Updates (Recertification):Update client information and assist with recertifications via Pantry Soft.(Spanish-speaking preferred).
Training: Database usage and eligibility requirements via video and cheatsheet.
Lobby Support (New Participants):Check and log zip codes for new participants.
Volunteers needed: 2 (Spanish-speaking preferred).
Training: How to collect accurate data and answer FAQs.
Set-Up and Organization:Arrange the diaper distribution area, organize diapers by size, and create a smooth flow for participants.
Volunteers needed:
Training: Event layout and organization tips.
Distribution:Hand out diapers to participants and maintain inventory count.Volunteers needed: 3-4.Training: Inventory tracking and distribution flow.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
