Join us on Saturday, August 23rd as we join with other (8) local churches to meet the needs of our local community with our Drive Thru Event. We will be partnering with GERMANTOWN HELP to supply over 250 families with food bags prior to the school year starting. Activities include transferring prepared bags of fresh produce and dry/canned goods to be handed out. Assist in participating outside with the distribution. This will include set up and tear down of the event. This will be a rain or shine event.
The event will begin at 8AM (with sign in between 8-8:15AM and by 11AM. the church address is 12900 Cloverleaf Center Dr., Germantown. (You may enter off Cloverleaf, or from Century Boulevard (Entrance on the left before you to get to Cloverleaf Ctr. Rd.)
We are working to assist our local community with food resources and relationships that are needed. Please join us in sharing our resources to feed the hungry!
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
