Every day, dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens find themselves in need of a safe, loving place to stay until they find their forever homes. At Freckles Foundation, we rely on compassionate volunteers like you to open your hearts and homes as foster families.
Fostering is one of the most rewarding ways to save lives—it gives animals the chance to feel loved, heal, and learn what it’s like to be part of a family. Whether you can foster for a few days, a few weeks, or longer, your impact is immeasurable.

A safe, caring environment
Love, patience, and a little extra space in your heart
We provide:
All veterinary care
Ongoing support and guidance
Crates, collars/leashes, carriers
Commitment to finding a great home for your foster
Receipt of your charitable contribution for tax return (upon request)
Every animal you foster brings us one step closer to finding them a forever home. Without fosters, we simply cannot save as many lives as we do.
