Help us get the We Are Artistic MPT Holiday Booth ready for a successful day! The Set-Up Crew is responsible for the critical first steps of transforming an empty space into a festive, organized booth. Duties include unpacking supplies, setting up tables, arranging merchandise and display materials, hanging decorations, and organizing the art activity station. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure a smooth start to our event.
Responsibilities:
- Unload materials from vehicles and transport them to the booth area.
- Assemble display racks, tables, and signage according to the layout plan.
- Arrange art supplies and informational materials neatly.
- Place decorations to create an inviting atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving quickly.
- Must be a team player and follow directions well.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
