Be the final, essential step in wrapping up our event! The Take-Down Crew ensures that all materials are safely and efficiently packed away after the MPT Holiday Booth closes. This role is perfect for volunteers who are organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Your help ensures that our supplies are protected and ready for our next event.
Responsibilities:
- Dismantle displays, fold tables, and remove decorations.
- Carefully pack remaining merchandise and art supplies into designated boxes.
- Assist in cleaning the booth area (picking up trash, sweeping).
- Load all packed materials back into the transport vehicles.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be reliable and able to work quickly and efficiently after a long day.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
