We are looking for a volunteer to help with post-adoption follow-up calls. These calls ensure our adopted cats and dogs are adjusting well in their new homes and give families a chance to ask questions or share updates.
When: Flexible (calls can be made from home)
Where: Remote opportunity
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calling recent adopters to check on their new pet’s transition
- Asking a few simple questions from our follow-up script
- Asking families to share their “Happy Tails” template provided
- Recording feedback and any concerns to share with the adoption team
