Mid-Winter Play Day Volunteer Information
Volunteer Time: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Join us for our Mid-Winter Play Day and be part of creating a joyful, welcoming play experience for children and families! Volunteers play a key role in making this event run smoothly and ensuring everyone feels supported and engaged.
What Volunteers Will Do
Volunteers will assist throughout the event and may help with:
Event Setup: Arranging play equipment and activity areas before participants arrive
Play Support: Assisting children and families during the event, engaging in play, and helping activities run smoothly
Guest Assistance: Welcoming attendees, answering questions, and offering guidance as needed
Clean-Up: Helping pack up equipment and restore the space after the event concludes

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
