In recognition of Problem Gambling Awareness Month, students will create short, educational videos to help inform peers and families about gambling risks and healthy decision-making, using trusted information provided by our team and national prevention partners at the National Council on Problem Gambling.

Activity Overview: Each selected student will:
Choose ONE topic
Create and edit:
1 TikTok video (max 1 min)
1 Instagram Reel (1–2 mins max)
Use educational materials provided (emailed to each student upon signup)
Submit final videos by Sat 03/13/26 by 6pm
Earn 3 SSL hours upon completion and approval
Videos should be original, educational, age-appropriate, engaging, and accurate.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety and privacy at any time the student is interacting with the nonprofit and its clients. The nonprofit organization will determine the number of SSL hours awarded based on the evidence submitted. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns. This service activity is designed to be completed within the safety of the student’s home.
