Join us for SUMMERFEST 2026 - "A Whole New Scene at Olney Theatre!"
Volunteer with us on Sunday, August 9, 2026, as we welcome those living, working, or visiting the DMV
to our Campus.
Unlike previous years, we'll be opening newly built venues to the public for the first time, and we'd love for you to be part of the excitement. The event - from 11:30am - 5:00pm - will consist of:
- A Ribbon-cutting ceremony.
- Dance and vocal performances.
- Children's activities and drama workshops.
- Vendors.
Volunteers will be organized into two-hour blocks of time so you can enjoy the festivities either after or before your shift. Shifts available starting at 9:00am.
If you or someone you know is in 9th grade or above and may be interested in volunteering for Summerfest, please complete this Summerfest 2026 Volunteer Questionnaire.
Please note: You must complete the questionnaire to register. If you respond to this posting directly, we will not have your registration information.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
