This is the 11th annual bike ride that starts and finishes at the Barnesville School in Dickerson, MD. We are thrilled to have many of our volunteers return year after year but as the ride grows, we need more volunteers. We are looking for volunteers to help staff our rest stops along our beautiful bike route in upper Montgomery county. These volunteers will prepare the rest stop so that when bikers come by they have water and snacks. We are also looking for medics who are available to be at the different rest stops in case someone needs help. Our third opportunity is serving as a people/bike transport in case someone can't finish the ride or is having trouble with their bike. And finally the fourth opportunity is for cheerleaders who can be at the finish line and cheer the riders in as they finish. Only the medics need to be EMT certified or similar.
